Adding Files to Your Library (Quick Take)
In a nutshell Your project library is like a curated knowledge base for AI.
Upload the right documents, and AI gives better, more relevant answers to your project’s needs.
Why It Matters AI is only as smart as the context you give it. Too little context = generic answers. Too much irrelevant content = confusing noise. The library helps you find the sweet spot. Example What is the Project Library?
What is the Project Library? The Project Library is your project’s knowledge repository : a curated collection of documents that AI can reference to provide contextually relevant responses.

How to Add Content
Open Library Tab
Navigate to the right sidebar in your project and select the Library tab.
Add Content Link
Copy and paste the URL of your content (Google Drive, web page, social media, etc.).
Authorize Access
If using Google Drive, complete OAuth authorization when prompted.
Wait for Processing
Content ingestion takes up to 5 minutes depending on size and type.
Verify Completion
Look for the green checkmark indicating successful processing.
Using Library Content in Chats Once your library is populated:
Enable Library Source — In the chat input, select “Library” from the Sources dropdownAI Retrieval — Ephor performs semantic search across your uploaded contentContextual Responses — AI references your specific documents in answersTeam Access — All invited project members can access the same library content Enable Library source before asking project-specific questions to get the most relevant answers.

Processing & Availability During Ingestion:
Files show processing status (spinning indicator)
Content is not available to AI during processing
Processing time varies: 1-5 minutes typically
After Completion:
Green checkmark indicates ready status
Content becomes available for AI retrieval
All project members can access processed content
